Position 1 : Cisco L2 resource (IVR & CTI)
Experience: 2+ years
Skills :
- CCNA certification is Must.
- Possess strong troubleshooting skills & implement fixes / workarounds to restore operations with a high TAT
- Implementing changes in a Cisco environment.
- knowledge & understanding of Networking for a Cisco deployment
- Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
- Cisco Gateways,Call Manager.
Preference will be given to those
- Working with Cisco TAC & Cisco L3 towards problem escalation / resolution or deploying changes
- With Knowledge of ICM Scripting and implementation of changes
- Having Cisco CCVP certification
