Job Description:
Promote and support the implementation of the overall Data Sourcing vision and strategy, including defining goals and objectives for each region that is in line with this strategy
Oversee the coordination of data sourcing operations and project deliverables, ensuring productivity and quality are in line with overall functional expectations
Looking for Data Sourcing specialist for a large information service provider
- 10+ years data sourcing & processing experience in a data sourcing / data management environment, preferably in the telecom, banking or retail industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage several very complex projects
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a large team
- Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven, highly dynamic atmosphere and react quickly to changes and shifting priorities
- Proven ability to automate complex data processing tasks reliably
