Position 1 : Cisco L2 resource (IVR & CTI)
Skills :
- Has hands on experience min 2 years working on Cisco Gateways, CVP Servers, UCCE (ICM, IPCC, Router, Logger), PGW, ITP Routers including configuration & troubleshooting.
- Possess strong troubleshooting skills & implement fixes / workarounds to restore operations with a high TAT
- Working with Cisco TAC & Cisco L3 towards problem escalation / resolution or deploying changes
- Knowledge of ICM Scripting and implementation of changes
- Strong knowledge & understanding of Networking for a Cisco deployment
- Implementing changes in a Cisco environment.
- Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
- Cisco CCVP certification will be an added advantage
- CCNA certification is Must.
- Configuring Cisco Call Managers in clusters, Publisher & Subscribers in group for load balancing
- Setting up regions, Device Pools, Partitions and Calling Search Space, route Patterns
