• Prepare and finalize the comparison sheet and do final negotiations
• Prepare Contracts/Purchase Order/Service order in SAP with detailed Terms and conditions
• Work with Finance for Advance payement if required
• Work with supplier for PBG
• Follow up with suppliers for materials
